Terms & Conditions

By joining a Sanctuary Circle, you agree to the following:

1. Not Therapy

Sanctuary is a community-based, reflective support space. It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for mental health treatment. You are responsible for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

2. Commitment

Sanctuary is a 12-week container with six bi-weekly gatherings. By registering, you are committing to the full season, even if you are unable to attend every session.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or early departure from the group.

4. Group Boundaries & Respect

Participants agree to:

  • Treat others with respect

  • Honor confidentiality

  • Speak from personal experience

  • Refrain from harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior

5. Right to Refuse or Remove Participation

The facilitator reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at any time if a participant:

  • Violates group boundaries

  • Acts in a way that feels unsafe or disruptive

  • Is disrespectful to others or the space

  • Or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the group

Removal from the group does not result in a refund.

6. Personal Responsibility

You understand that Sanctuary does not provide crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, you agree to seek appropriate professional care outside of this space.
